Art.1: Privacy
All personal information about you that you have provided during registration are treated with the strictest confidentiality. We ask only the information necessary to ensure proper delivery of your orders. Your personal information, are in no way sold or rented to third parties for advertising or mailing etc..
You have a right to access and rectify data concerning you. Just go under the heading “My Account” to change your personal information.
Art.2: Orders
We accept orders from our website only. These will be processed as quickly as possible within our available stock or subject to availability from suppliers. When ordering, you can always check their monitoring under “My Account”
However, if products are temporarily unavailable (out of stock, reprint, etc..) after your order, you will be kept informed by mail and asked to cancel or change your order. If the products are permanently unavailable (sold out, end of production, etc..) we will cancel your order and notify you by mail.
Art.3: Price
The prices of our products are indicated in Swiss francs and euros, VAT included.All orders are payable in Swiss francs or euros.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time but the products will be invoiced at the prices posted at the registration of the order, subject to availability.
For Switzerland, PostPac Economy (Monday to Friday) the delivery is done within 2 to 4 days. You can opt for a delivery surcharge PostPac Priority.
For countries outside of Switzerland, PostPac Economy / 3-7 days, security and traceability with confirmation of shipment and number “Track & Trace. You can opt for a delivery surcharge PostPac Priority.
In case of absence or failure of delivery of your package, your postal parcels shall file a notice stating the date of passage and address of the post office where you can collect your order upon presentation of proper identification.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs and taxes formalities are, unless otherwise stated, the sole responsibility of the customer, who undertakes to check the possibilities of importing the goods into the country of delivery.
Art.4: Payments
We accept many payment methods through PAYPAL:

- Bank Transfer. (Payable in advance within 10 days)
Description:
Credit Cards: The secure online payment by credit card uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer): the transmitted information is encrypted and can never be read during the transaction. Once the transaction is complete, the card data are by no means kept in memory on any server.
Bank Transfer You can pay by bank transfer. Goods will be shipped once the amount of the transaction receipt. Thank you for your understanding.

Art.5: Shipping
All orders are shipped in a package (envelope or package) sealed and solid. You can get the goods deliverd to an address different from your home address. You simply add the desired address when entering the order, or in the section “My Account” Edit your personal information.
We disclaim all liability for damages incurred during transportation (envelope torn, open package).
The delivery time may vary depending on the payment method selected. The average time is 2-3 business days (for Switzerland and abroad) but it is not a strict limit of our liability and shall not be liable for any delay.
If your order is not delivered on time or if products are missing from your delivery, contact our customer service department by email so that we can inform you if the shipment has been made or if products are temporarily out of stock. Do the same if the products you have received do not match those you have ordered.
If 15 days after the stated delivery date, the product you ordered has not been delivered for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may be canceled at your request by sending us an email. You will be refunded the sums paid for the order, excluding any other compensation or damages. You’ll also be able to accept a new delivery time,excluding any other compensation or damages.
In case of delay by the post office, our liability will not be incurred and for any reason whatsoever. No compensation can be claimed from us.
The risk of transmission (packets not damage, loss, theft) are your responsibility as soon as the carrier takes possession of the goods. You are responsible for checking the condition of the packaging and compliance of the product delivered.
Art.6: Money Back guarantee
Under the law, if an item does not suit you, you have a cooling off period of seven days from the date of receipt. This right of withdrawal is only valid for a product returned unused and packed in its original packaging intact. The shipping and return are at your expense. Only the price of the product will be refunded. Note that if payment of the order has been made with a credit card, compensation for the transaction fees you can be claimed (CHF 20 .-)If any of the above conditions were not met, no refund can be claimed. Art.7: Warranty
If after receiving your order an item is defective or not compliant, please return it immediately in its original packaging with the invoice. We'll proceed to replace the goods. The return postage is then our responsibility. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are not included under warranty.
Art.8: Responsability
The products offered on the site are in accordance with Swiss legislation in force. The products are delivered with an instruction manual. We can not in any way be held liable for misuse of products sold on the site, including the use for any purpose other than that provided by the product manufacturer, or failure to follow instructions for product storage.The photographs, text, graphics information and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Therefore our responsibility can not be held liable for errors or omissions in any of these photographs, text or graphics information and characteristics of products or in case of changing the characteristics of products by suppliers.

These terms and conditions and rates are expressly approved and accepted by the buyer, who declares and admits having a perfect knowledge, and gives up, thereby to avail itself of any contradictory document, including its own Terms of purchase, order confirmation entails acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms may be changed at any time without notice.
